Every new employee studies at the corporate professional courses free of charge. There is also a possibility to get the training on preferential terms at the Centre of the security guards’ professional education “Parallel”. All the AN-Security’s guards are trained on the theoretical and practical course "Private protection." Trainings are carried out for the staff: “Psychological and ethical aspects of customer service”, “Communication strategy. Types of conduct in conflict situations ". Certification of security guards on knowledge of protection techniques and job descriptions are carried out not less than once in 6 months. In addition to the stability, the Company offers wide opportunities to build a career within the organization. This is conditioned by its intensive growth and the need for energetic and qualified personnel. Many newcomers make a rapid career, becoming heads of the entire departments. Practically, all the officers joined the Company as ordinary security guards and walked over all the grades in their professional maturity. As show the results of the poll carried out by the personnel department among the security guards, 65% of respondents see chances for their career growth within the Company.
