Analytical workQualitative growth of any business may hardly be achieved without permanent comprehensive analysis of the company’s activities, identifying the possible risks to its well-being and making strategic decisions aimed at those risks elimination. The identification of risks in business processes and organization of practical arrangements for the localization of possible threats are carried out in the Holding Company AN-Security by a special structural division – the Department of Risk-management and quality control, implementing the following main tasks: 1. Analytical, informational-analytical and operational accompaniment of projects. This implies carrying out comprehensive work at the objects of protection. This work is directed at detection and identification of possible threats to security, assessment of those threats and losses possibility (risk assessment), developing of the preventive measures; there also are worked out and evaluated the performance characteristics for the group of protection at the Object of the customer. 2. Organization and implementation of the rendered services’ quality inspections. Maximum efficiency at providing security services is defined by precise and consistent implementation of the standard operations by each security guard at his post. Independent experts using risk assessment techniques, developed by the company, implement a system of inspections of the objects of protection. This allows receiving objective data on the conditions of security business processes, assessing possible risks for this object of protection and timely making management decisions, aimed at those risks prevention. 3. Security business processes’ standardization and formalization. The functions of the Department of Risk-management and quality control consist also in summarizing the experience acquired at different types of protected objects, in standardization of the security business-processes, in defining and formalization of the set of standard security operations for the particular object of protection, etc. 4.
