Rendered services:

• consultations (recommendations, tips) on personal security and precautions in potentially dangerous and conflict situations;
• settlement of conflict situations, involving a threat to client’s personal security;
• providing physical and psychological support to the client;
• arrival of a Manager-on-duty (or a mobile armed group) for rendering practical assistance at the scene of an emergency situation and its resolving within the frames of the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
• advice on relations with the representatives of the law-enforcement and other State institutions;
• call officers of the law-enforcement institutions to the scene of actio and protect the client till their arrival;
• providing physical protection to preserve the integrity of the client’s property or living quarters;
• arrival of a Manager-on-duty to the scene of an accident for providing the necessary assistance;
• call to the scene of actio representatives of the relevant departments (Road traffic security, ambulance, emergency Commissioner, evacuator, rescue services);
• call the ambulance, if the client felt unwell, got injured in an accident or from aggression;
• call technical assistance on the road or evacuator, if a client is experiencing problems with the car or there is a need of minor repairs;
• providing assistant car in emergency situations (road accidents, car breakage);
• advice on legal issues in the sphere of personal security;
• assistance in other unforeseen cases.
